Getting Started Gift Package
Shining Star Referral Rewards Agreement Just read the agreement below, click "I Agree" and you are a Shining Star- ready to go! When You Get Paid And Funds Get Distributed We distribute Cash Rewards, Double Dollars and Angel Dollars once a month. You agree to keep us updated as to your current mailing address. The Cash Rewards are distributed as a check made out to you. The Double Dollars, as an authorized certificate. You can use the Double Dollars yourself or give them to someone else as a gift. And, just like money, Double Dollars can not be reissued if you lose them. Your referral money (Cash Back, Double Dollars or Angel Dollars) is available for transfer to you or your donation choice, after the course has been paid in full and attendance is completed. This will save the confusion of having to transfer funds twice in the chance that your referral cancels or delays a program. For products purchased, your referral money is available for transfer after the funds have cleared the bank. If a product is returned, we will subtract that amount from your next referral rewards amount. Your Personalized Shining Star Number Be sure you include your Shining Star identification number or your full name, on any material or emails you send out, so we can credit you for your referral. It’s easy. We always ask who referred attendees, but it’s up to you to be sure they have the information available and so they can tell us. Be sure to tell them to give us your identification number or your name when they call. Late Reporting Of Referral If your referral buys a product or course from us, did not report your name and number, you have seven days You Are A “Hero With A Heart” When you donate your Angel Dollars you are a “Hero With A Heart”. We occasionally send out a thank you via our mailing list to give you recognition for your generosity. Unless you specifically request that your donation be kept anonymous, your name will gladly be included. Your email, phone and address will never be shared. You are making a great difference in the world and we love to celebrate you! Referral Rewards You receive referral rewards for most CDs, DVDs, videos and tapes. The dollar amount is based on the profit amount we make. In other words, you are not being paid a % on the taxes, duty charges, shipping/handling fees, manufacturing/productions fees that your referral paid. Those are subtracted from the sale amount before figuring out your rewards amount. You do not receive rewards on–the-side-merchandise (ex. tee-shirts, note pads, hats) You receive referral rewards when someone takes a training. You will get paid on whatever price they paid, which may or may not match an advertised or website price since we often give promotional prices. Since we offer such great incentives, many people pay for their spouse, friends or kids to attend as well at the same time- not just themselves. You will get rewards for anyone they sign up and pay for. On rare occasions, we offer a “unique price” on a program or product. If we do this, it is usually as part of a paid weekend training. These unusual offers are not available for referral rewards. These are not the “seminar specials” that we offer at our free events. In fact, “seminar specials” are one of the best ways for Shining Stars to get great cash rewards. Just tell people your experience with Boundaries, invite them to a free event and let them see for themselves what a difference it makes. If someone pays a late cancel or forfeit fee for a training, you will not be paid on this incomplete course or on any penalty fees they have incurred. If someone uses a discount coupon as part of their purchase, you will not receive rewards on the amount of the coupon. You will only be paid on the cash amount they actually paid. No Spam Policy- Email Communications Email is a great way to spread the word, do please be sure to use it. And use it with respect. We don’t like getting or sending SPAM. So please don’t send out Boundaries information as SPAM. This only damages us and the work we are doing, since it appears that we sent out the information. SPAM is commercial email or unsolicited bulk email or posting to “inappropriate” newsgroups and forums where product promotion is prohibited. If you are sending out a Boundaries flyer, it is a good idea to add a personalized note from you. Not only does this help stop it from being tagged as SPAM if you are doing a big mailing, it also will give you are much higher chance that people will read it. They know you and trust your opinion. Websites Barred From Promoting Boundaries Shining Star status is not available for any websites that contain sexually explicit material, promotes violence or discrimination, engage in illegal activities, or violate intellectual property rights. If your status is revoked on these grounds, you automatically forfeit any unused or unpaid Cash Back, Double Dollars or Angel Dollars. Using Promotional Materials You agree to use our promotional materials as they are produced by Boundaries and make no alterations other than adding your Shining Star identification name or number. You will not alter our logo and will include any “copyrighted” symbols as seen in our literature. You agree to make no false claims about our trainings or products. We’ve already got lots of rave reviews about this work; you don’t have to make anything up. In fact, your personal experiences and insights from attending Boundaries will be the most motivating to others. Share your experiences. Your Status You understand that you are an “independent contractor” and not an employee or representative of Boundaries. You understand that you are not an agent, partner or engaged in a joint venture with Boundaries. You agree to abide by your state’s and country’s tax reporting laws. Confidentiality The information we gather in our data base is kept confidential. So we are not at liberty to share emails, phone numbers, addresses, payment methods or other personal data with anyone else, including you, even if you referred them. Also, just so your friends know, we don’t sell or share our lists with anyone else. My mom won't let me. Spending Your Double Dollars You can spend your Double Dollars on any upcoming program that has not already been registered for or paid for. In other words, the Dollars can’t be spent retroactively. You cannot cancel from an existing paid sign-up and re-sign-up using Double Dollars. When signing up for an event, all current cancellations policies/charges apply. If you are purchasing a product with your Double Dollars, shipping and handling are charged separately and cannot be paid with Double Dollars. For courses paid for by Double Dollars, any refunds will be paid by Double Dollars, not cash. Changes In This Contract From time to time, it may be necessary to amend or add to this agreement. These changes will be considered part of the agreement and you will be notified as soon as a change is being made. Therefore, it is your responsibility to see to it that we have your current email address and other contact information. I understand and agree to the terms of this contract.
