Quotes from interviews and presentations:
"If everyone you know likes you, then you are doing something wrong. It is impossible to have everyone like you, unless you are shape shifting all the time. And even then someone won't like you. There are people who don't even like Mother Teresa."
"What is more important to you; your integrity or a bunch of smiley faces around you?"
"It is not interesting what other people are doing around you. There will always be someone trying to bulldoze you or letting you treat them like a doormat. That is life. What is interesting in is what are you doing in the face of these people?"
"Everyday we are training other people how to treat us."
"What has happened? Parents are more interested in their kids liking them than in giving them good parenting. If your kids like you all of the time you are doing something wrong."
"There are templates that get created in childhood from traumatic experiences these can then create a victim pattern. We need to reactivate a healthy freeze-fight-flight response and get rid of the victim pattern."
"Everybody thinks boundaries are only about saying "no". That's just one part of healthy boundaries. Healthy boundaries are also about saying "yes".
